Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are not accepted. If the size of dress is not suitable or the item was shipped or received in error, please contact senyadesigning@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We can help you replace it for free, and send you a new item after receiving your package. Please keep in mind that merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
